Processing Time

We typically make and ship all orders within 1-4 business days.
If you select Expedited Shipping + Rush Processing at checkout,
we will prioritize your order and ship it within 24-48 hours,
depending on which time in the day the order was placed and overall demand.
We do not prepare and ship packages during the weekend and on holidays.

USA: 2-5 Business Days
USA Expedited: 1-3 Business Days
Canada: 5-10 Business Days
EU & UK: 5-10 Business Days
Australia & NZ: 8-20 Business Days

When will I receive my order?

For US orders, it generally takes 2-9 business days,
after the order has been placed, to receive it,
depending on which shipping option you select at checkout.

Shipping Cost

For Standard Shipping we charge a flat rate of $4.99.
For Expedited Shipping + Rush Processing we charge a flat rate of $14.99.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

All our pieces are handmade and made to order.
When we receive an order, we start working on it
as soon as possible, to ensure faster delivery.
For these reasons we don't accept cancellations.

Due to the personalized and made to order nature
of our items we accept returns and exchanges
only on the conditions that the item arrived
damaged or defective, is not as described
or is a different piece from what you ordered.

If there is any issue with your order,
please contact us within 14 calendar days
of delivery and we will make it right.
