Warranty

The Warranty is valid for 2 years
from the date of purchase and includes:

• Damaged Necklace
• Damaged Watch
• Stone Repair
• Broken Items
• Defected Items

If your jewelry has any defects, please send us a clear image of
the defected product and we will gladly repair or replace the item.

The damaged item needs to be returned at the customer's
expense before a replacement item is shipped back.
If the purchased item is discontinued, we will replace
the item with a similar one of equal or higher value.

The Warranty does not cover:
Intentional damage or abuse of the item,
for example damage after becoming tangled in machinery,
fire or other causes of damage that are not related
to the quality of the product or workmanship.

The Warranty must be purchased with
every item and cannot be added at a later time.
Its coverage is not transferable between different items/orders.
If you order multiple products you will need to purchase
multiple warranties if you wish to have them all insured.

The Warranty can be used for a one time replacement
or repair within the 2 years and not for a refund.

Please note, lost or stolen items are not covered by this plan.
For that you need to purchase "Shipping Insurance" on the checkout.

Shipping Insurance

The Shipping Insurance insures your item from:

• Lost by the carrier
• Damaged in transit
• Stolen from your porch or mailbox

The latest claim time is 15 calendar days after delivery date.
Filing a claim is easy, just contact us to report the issue.
Once accepted, we will send you out a rapid replacement.
